“We are a group of Black men who have done some extraordinary things in our lives. Most, if not all of us have raised Black boys to become productive Black men, and it’s time that we step up and do something.”

Founded by community leader and activist Earl Ingram Jr, VOICES OF THE ELDERS serves Milwaukee’s male youth through connection to skill training, local opportunity, and mentorship. Through our network of partners and collaborators, our mission is to guarantee a direct pathway for our boys to a prosperous and productive future.

All of us need to come together and get on the same page for our young people. The village is all of us.
